how come when i plug in my mp3 player to my computer it dosent work it just makes a beeping sound?do i have 2 download some thing?because when i plug it some n my cuzin's computer it works???

1. faulty mp3 player, change a new one. apple ipod and creative zen. I prefer Sony Walkman!
