where can i download software for my mp4?

i have a 2 gb digital audio player mp4 and its hook up but i cant find the right software for putting music on it what would be the best thing to download for it? it is an mic mp4 player not a new model

1. What mp4 is it, company and model??? Try using windows from the My Computer area. My Computer> Removable Disk ____ or (Brand Model) __( G/H/F)__ or try Windows Media Player
