What is the best mp3 / mp4 player to buy if my budget is around $100 to $150?

My parents suggested me to buy a mp3 / mp4 player for my birthday. The budget is around $100 to $150. It is hopefully portable and small. On a sidenote, my computer's Operating System is Vista. Thanks in advance! Dollars are in SGD. Budget can be raised a little - to around $200?

2. there is no such player that u will get in a 100-150 budget. the minimum prices for all mp3/mp4 players is 1000 to 2000 rs. u could buy a sony mp3 player. that is the cheapest among all.
3. if you go on ebay, you could get a cheap ipod, not used for $100, easily. my friend got one off there for $98, and it was the newest generation ipod.

6. I'd go for a Sansa - cheaper than the iPod; just as good - compatible with Vista, Rhapsody, Napster etc. Upgradable memory
