1. Yes it looks very good. If i were picking out parts myself with that budget its similar to what i would choose. The 5770 is pretty much the only mid range card to pick from at the moment. Luckily its very good.
2. Yes for $913 it is a good buy. 5770 is the best card you can get for a pc with that price range. Extra goodies like the wifi adapter are good additions. Make sure you get a monitor has a resolution of not more than 1600x900 otherwise the card would not be able to handle the latest games while running the game at the native res. of the display. Rest is good. Go for it.
